I needed some pro help to replace the exhaust vents for my drier and bathroom fan on the outside of my Somerville condo. While this sounds fairly passé, I have to say I live on the third floor and these things required a 40 foot ladder to get to them. Misael was super responsive and made time on a Saturday to help me with this. On top of the great work and friendly responses, his pricing is very fair.
