M&M responded to a request fix a broken glass in porch window. He responded shortly after I posted request, coordunated to check tge job and complrted it w days later after securing required parts. Efficient and good price. Reqyested a quotefor a bigger job bssed on his performance. Recommended

Misael was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. He was easy to communicate with and flexible when it came to some changes with my scheduling. He installed a 12,000 BTU window air conditioner in my living room. My apartment is on the top floor of my building and he carried the appliance up solely by himself. I was very impressed. He worked quickly and efficiently and was overall very professional and friendly! The install itself looks very clean and well done. I needed some pro help to replace the exhaust vents for my drier and bathroom fan on the outside of my Somerville condo. While this sounds fairly passé, I have to say I live on the third floor and these things required a 40 foot ladder to get to them. Misael was super responsive and made time on a Saturday to help me with this.
On top of the great work and friendly responses, his pricing is very fair. If you need some work done around your home, look no further!
