PremiumQ was absolutely outstanding in every way. Marian called me to let me know when in the given time window the guys would be showing up. Both of them were professional and knew what was up -- it took them about 45 minutes to disassemble and get a bedframe, chair, dresser, mattress and box-spring out of a second-floor apartment with a narrow staircase where two items had to be hoisted over the porch railing. Boxes, too. I drove myself over to my new place on the other side of town to find they had almost beaten me there with a 24-foot box truck. They got everything back up the stairs and reassembled at my new place in about 30 minutes, no damage, everything accounted for. I'd hire them again in an instant and have recommended them to friends for upcoming moves.

These guys are AMAZING!! I was worried about them going over the time limit as I was moving out of a fourth floor studio apartment in the North End but they were able to get 4 heavy boxes and a bunch of furniture out in an hour! It took a total of 2.5 hours for my move, much less than expected! I was quoted for 3 hours, so it was a happy surprise that it took less than quoted. Marian was great at keeping in communication before the move and the movers were fabulous as being speedy and efficient. Would most definitely use them again! Not a single thing was broken or scratched. Thank you Premium Q!!
