About
Since the year 1999, FRS Roofing has been built on integrity and word-of-mouth. Our attitude and focus from the office professionals, sales staff and to the installers is to go the extra mile to do a great job and leave the customer with an awesome experience. Homeowners experience a sense of long-term commitment – not just at the time of the installation, but also when an issue with their roof might arise.
Like our residential customers, builders and contractors have come to trust FRS with their projects. “Leave it to FRS” – “no worries now”; are common sentiments among builders when they have handed off their roofing needs to FRS. They are confident and don’t have to worry or think twice about the job being done correctly.
FRS is an Owens Corning Roofing Preferred Contractor. And as such we follow their guidelines:
Carries at least $1M in general liability insurance
Good standing with the Better Business Bureau®
Passes a Dun & Bradstreet® credit analysis
Meets standards with National Finance Companies

Great experience from start to finish! FRS replaced the roof on my parents house in Chelmsford, MA. The sales person (Craig) was extremely knowledgeable, the crew was the same, as well as hard working and respectful and the back office very accommodating. In the end, we got exactly what they proposed, a quality job (flat rubber roof) for a fair price and on time. I will be using them again for my own home soon. Thanks everyone. Mark

FRS replaced my roof and two skylights. They were very professional and responsive. They even installed my roof earlier than it was first scheduled when they had an unexpected opening. Of course, they first checked with me. Unfortunately, the skylights arrived at the site were not the right size. They installed one of them (a larger size then needed) but couldn't install the other one since it was smaller than the opening. When I pointed out neither were the right size, they said they will correct it. Once they had the correct size skylights available, they installed them. They even did the inside trim, which they usually do not do. I applaud them for owning the mistake and correcting it promptly. The final product was high quality. I highly recommend them.
Details: Shingles or tiles need to be repaired or replaced • Flashing needs to be repaired or replaced • Two-story building • 0 - 10 years old • Asphalt shingles • Insurance claim is pending approval • Residential
