- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are clear, upfront, no hidden fees unless the scope of work is added to and I promise to be as fair as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I trying and get to know a little about my client and understand their issues and any pain points, then I map out and document the plan of action. Once the client understands and is comfortable with the plan, I execute and document again. Then I spend the time to teach the client about their product. That’s if they want to know. Some clients just want it to “work” and I deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CompTIA Network+ Security+ A+ Microsoft Partner And not trying to flex, but I taught my grandmother how to use an iPhone 3Gs at 10 years old.
