Carlos was great. I’m always nervous calling appliance repair companies. My experiences have always been unsatisfactory for a number of reasons. But Carlos arrived, diagnosed the issue with my LG washer in less than 10 minutes. His quote was clear, rates were reasonable, and the total was surprisingly less than I expected. He ordered the part needed and returned a few days later to complete the work. He was polite, professional, and done in 30 minutes. My washer works like new again and it cost far less than I expected. I will use their services again.

We had a few pieces of appliances that are having issues. The folks responded very quickly and arranged the time to stop by and take a look. After initial investigation, some issues were immediately resolved and they also looked into the parts availability for the potential fixes and gave us the most cost effective approach. I’d highly recommend working with them and certainly contact them again if more appliance issues arise.

Carlos was a godsend when we needed help with our fairly new washer. We have young kids and a running washing machine is a must for our household. She responded immediately to my request. Came over literally the next day and gave a very fair and reasonable quote. A part needed to be replaced, which ordered immediately. He explained the whole job to me in details. He even helped me move things back so I wouldn’t have to deal with anything later. I could not recommend him more and we will definitely stick to Carlos for all our appliance needs!
