- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of case. For instance, most personal injury cases are taken on a contingency meaning a client does not pay unless we settle or win their case. Other services may be fee for service such as estate planning, and others on an hourly basis. Note, consultations are always free and if we are a match, we will go over pricing and structure. For non contingency cases we offer discounts to seniors and veterans as well as a 10% thumbtack discount for clients attained through this site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, our relationship begins with a free consultation which is usually 30 minutes to 1 hour in length. We provide you with an analysis of your case and will decide with you if it is a match. In the event it is not, we make every effort to refer you to a resource that can help you with your particular need. We are a small firm which means you can expect personalized service from there. We are available by phone, email, and text and communicate regularly with our clients. We take our time to understand your needs and deliver great service and results!
