- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield of IL if it is a PPO. Otherwise, I accept payment upfront but will help you get reimbursed through your insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with you briefly before setting up an appointment to learn about why you are seeking therapy and to answer any questions you might have. During our initial meeting, I will ask you many questions in order to understand you and your issues, and we will come up with a plan to address them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience working with people and helping them to change their lives and to feel happier. I attended Northwestern University Medical School and did additional training at the Family Institute.
