Matt responded within an hour and was at my housethe next morning. He had to remove the toilet to get out the cleaning sponge that came lose and was stuck in the trap. Took him about an hour because and 3 or 4 different methods to remove it because you could not see it.. He stuck too it and got it out.. definitely woud use him again.
