What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have options for every budget and will do our best to figure out the best option for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting from know my clients and finding out exactly what they have in mind. Once all the details are worked out, the contract is sent over. At the time of contract signing, the deposit is due to hold that date and time. The final, full payment is generally due 24 hours before the scheduled time- unless otherwise agreed upon.
The day of the shoot is when the fun happens!
After that, I will release a sneak peek of the photos as soon as I possibly can! The full gallery will be delivered within the timeframe promised in the contract (depends on the type of booking).
I don’t know what is more fun- the actual event/photoshoot, or delivering the final images! 💖
