I had a stairwell wall with a large failed plaster section and several smaller damaged spots — old lath-and-plaster construction, not a simple patch job. Rafael quoted $600 from a photo and stuck to it. Rather than just skimming over the problem, he cut out the failed area, fitted a new board, mesh-taped the seams, filled the smaller holes, and skim-coated the whole wall so the repair disappears into the original plaster. The finished surface is flat and ready for paint. He was responsive, on time, and clearly knows the difference between drywall work and plaster work. If you have an older home and need someone who can actually handle plaster, this is the call.

They patched holes in the walls and ceiling from plumbing work. They took one day for patching and plastering, and another day for painting. They even removed a bump out shape in one wall from ceiling to floor as part of the work, and installed an access panel in a wall. They were very diligent about not making a mess, using plentiful sheets and coverings over the walls and floors, and even mopped the floors at the end of the project. They were responsive, did a good job, and it was a good value.
