I had a big, ugly hole in my bathroom ceiling from a leaking pipe a floor above. I reached out to Barbosa Plastering after seeing their ratings on this site. I had reached out to two other drywall contractors, who responded once, one even stopped over to see the job, then crickets. Barbosa, on the other hand, was so responsive, I heard back the same day! I shared photos of the area needing repair and I was given a price and a date for the repair the same day for the same week! This is unheard of. And the contractor was also right on time 😮. The repair looks beautiful, you would never know there was a big hole there. I will post before and after pictures. The repair was done promptly, the work area was left spotless. I am very impressed, and would highly recommend them for any plaster/ drywall project. In the photos, you will notice the area still needs a light sanding. I had asked to leave it like that so I can paint the ceiling and wall area myself. One other thing, I have a large older Newfoundland who can be very stubborn . She decided not to move out of the work pathway. I tried everything, but a treat won in the end. The contractor even trying to help me get her into the kitchen! Now that’s above and beyond 😂

Rafael was given a difficult project, i had installed drywall in basement on my own and required lots of mudding and sanding. He fixed some of my mistakes and provided a clean finished product. would highly recommend he is an expert in his craft.

Raphael patched up a spot in our ceiling from some prior water damage and did an amazing job. Plastered, sanded, and painted and the end result looks like nothing was ever there! Would definitely hire again for other projects

Rafael, the owner, did a fantastic job repairing and resurfacing a large wall where I removed a double vanity countertop to ceiling mirror. There was a lot of damage to the drywall and it now looks brand new. He was on time, professional, and left the area clean. I feel lucky to have found him!
