Mike Drohan was hired to fix a problem with a new (3 wk. old) central AC that the installation contractors failed to diagnose and fix despite me having patience, tolerating poor excuses and not returning my phone calls and texts over a 2 week period of time. Despite the very bad experience with other licensed HVAC contractors, I had to trust someone to "right the wrongs" of the installers and get my new central AC up and running the way it should. So...........I hired Mike. He showed up a day after we spoke when he said he would. After patiently listening to my experience and concerns, he quickly diagnosed the problem, made the required adjustments and repairs and had my new system up and running and operating the way it should....at a very fair and reasonable price. I found Mike to be responsive, a very good listener, patient and understanding, highly skilled and competent, friendly & engaging. I will hire him again in a heartbeat if need be and highly recommend him without reservation. UPDATE: HOLD THAT REVIEW !!!! Contacted Mike to service AC and possibly replace fan blade mechanism because he was so professional and responsive prior. THIS TIME, no follow through by him in the form of return emails, calls, messages here etc. and even despite recommendation to new customer for him that hired him...........I've been totally ignored and disregarded. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Mike was very professional when it came to the install of the water heater. He explained everything to my wife and I the whole way with the install. We would definitely recommend him and will hopefully use him again in future projects with our base board heat and programmable thermostats.
