- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is hard to give a standard pricing system for cleaning service because each job is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would return their phone call. Get a full detail of what they are looking for and set up an appointment to come out to give a free estimate for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with several companies from the time I was 21 till the present. I have worked one on one with the business owner and also led many cleaning teams out in the field.
