I changed my schedule around for him THREE times to be accommodating because he had to cancel twice. The first time his truck overheated even though he was driving it back to his boss. The second time he was too tired from the heat. He apologized and I gave him grace once again. He promised that he would come today but was a complete NO-SHOW. No call, no text nothing. The availability that I made for him was he could come at 7am if his boss called him in for overtime on a Sunday. If his boss didn't call, he could always show up between 9 and 9:30. What a lousy thing to do to a prospective client. He seemed like such a nice guy when I met him, too. Extremely disappointed not just about the excuses, or lack of integrity, but he wasted a week of my time when the projects could have been completed by now and I am under severe time constraints.
