- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a non-refundable reservation fee that covers our time and talent and access to all of the hundreds of props we have. When you come back for your in person viewing and ordering session, that is when you'll choose your images and products. All prints, products and digitals are an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a non obligation consultation to find out exactly what you're looking for and to plan your dream session. (We supply all the props). We also show you all of our gorgeous heirloom quality products for your final artwork and our full pricing list. If you decide to sign up, you'll pay the reservation fee at that time to secure either a specific date or your due date if you're signing up for a newborn portrait session. After your session takes place, we'll schedule you to come back into our 2000 square foot studio, to view your images on a 60" screen tv and we'll help you choose the best portraits and final artwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in business for 9 years have been taught in person by some of the great in the industry, including Ana Brandt and Cass Vanhorn, among others. I've also had CPR and First Aid training for newborns and children.
