Introduction: We've been in business for 3 yrs now. We have managed over 50 properties. What we do is find our clients tenants for their properties. You can put your mind at ease that we will advertise your property, call all references, background checks, credit checks, touring your property with potential tenants, more importantly clients tell me exactly what is their view of the tenant they would like to live at their property and I will always take that into consideration. Having someone else take on this process can be scary but you can rest assure that I will be in contact with you through this process and after the tenant has moved in. We provide lease or a month to month agreement which we go over with our owners. I have a program that tenants and owners have their own portal to view all payments coming in and the tenant to pay rent online and request maintenance issues. We also have a maintenance crew who will care for your property. Head of maintenance will go to our meet and greet and go over any questions you may have about your property. This crew helps you and the tenant fix what problems may arise, which in the long run will save you money.
