- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be straightforward and flexible; we offer packages that bundle services and can apply to the majority of events we serve. However, we also understand and strive to ensure that each event is different, so we are always happy to customize a package to your needs! There are no hidden fees or surprises as we will discuss everything related to your event in detail before the big day! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make planning your event as smooth as possible. It starts with an inquiry where you share details about your event, including the date, location, and guest count. From there, we provide a customized quote and help you choose the package and services that best fit your needs. Once your date is secured, we work with you to plan your bar setup and, if applicable, design a custom cocktail menu tailored to your event. We also provide a detailed shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase. On the day of your event, we handle setup, service, and breakdown—allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience while we take care of the bar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the service industry for nearly 10 years, serving and bartending for most of them. In the last five years I have found a passion for working events and making special days even more memorable, which led me to start this company. Specifically, I am TIPS and ServSafe Alcohol certified and have full liquor liability insurance so you can rest assured knowing you and your guests will be served both professionally and responsibly.
