- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Rates are hourly based with 15 min. increment charge policy and vary depending on crew size you demand for your move. Hourly rate includes movers, all equipped truck, gas, tolls, mileage, basic insurance and does not carry any hidden fees. Minimum 1/2hr additional travel time is applied to all jobs in Greater Boston area. (15 min. for our movers to get to you address from our office plus 15 min. to get back when the move is finished.) We have a 2 hour minimum charge policy in case your move takes less then two hours of the Total time (including traveling time).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Aside from moving your items, we give you added support through a variety of extra features. First and foremost, you get superior communication with Mozart moving that strives to exceed what is offered by other companies. We understand that the last thing you want to do is to attempt to contact your local moving company and receive no response. We will always work to promptly return your phone calls and emails in order to place you at ease during the moving process.
