FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I mostly work on a project basis, but I will work hourly if required. For all my projects I provide a detailed proposal (or SOS, Scope of Services) which includes an overview of the project as I see it, a list of deliverables, a schedule of costs and a time table. My pricing is based on estimated time do the project, my experience with similar projects, and the value I bring to my clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Ask questions and listen. I have an Audit Worksheet and a Brand/ Positioning Worksheet which guides the process. The objective is to get to know as much about the company and the client as possible so I can plan and execute the project with the best interests of the client in mind. (I will be happy to share my worksheets with you). 2. Establish personal connection with the client and establish the framework for a good working relationship. 3. Understand, in detail, the project requirements 4. Develop a detailed proposal (SOS) and discuss with client. 5. Understand the client's competitive marketplace. 6. When all questions and concerns are addressed, I start the project. 7. It is important to keep the client in the loop. I do this by establishing frequent, clear, detailed, and honest communications throughout the project.
