Because I'm a small older female who obviously does not know a lot about construction, I am used to being ripped off by contractors eager to take advantage of my naiveté. Guzman Construction was professional, respectful, outstanding in their work products and perpetually fair in their pricing. I feel, actually, that I got a great deal and at an amazing pace. These guys work fast but NEVER sloppy. They work fast because they know just what they are doing. I am hiring them to build an entire house for me. I have finally found carpenters I can believe in. We needed an old fence removed, an old tree cut down, landscaping cleanup and new fence installed. Cesar was very responsive since day one! He was attentive and listened to our needs. He came back within 2 days with a cost proposal and was able to work with our priorities. The team showed up promptly and were efficient, high quality and asked questions to make sure we were satisfied. We have been waiting for years to fix the issues and he was the ONE landscaper that made it happen!! Don’t go anywhere else, believe me you won’t be disappointed! The cleanup was immaculate, the fence install sturdy, the old tree removal safe, the planting and mulch cleanup with full leaf and weed pickup. I will continue to work with Cesar yearly for maintenance and new projects :) God bless this family owned business, reputable, honest and hardworking!!"See more
