Miranda and his team are one of the best teams that you can find in the Tampa Bay areas. I had a project that I was about to give up on it until I contacted Miranda. He has done a great job on finishing the job on budget and on time. The results were amazing and beyond or expectations.

Although I needed much simpler work than Miranda provided my experience leading up to this decision was absolutely fantastic. He came to the job site on time, provided us promptly with a quote and followed up with an detailed description of the job. Unfortunately we were budgeted for different materials and could not continue with Miranda, however he then took it upon himself to connect us with someone that could work within our budget and worked with our materials. I am very impressed with Miranda and will use him in the future as my budget allows. I highly recommend him

Miranda and Henrique are the best! They responded promptly to my query and provided a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. The work started on time, was completed on time and my home was cleaned up afterwards.
A 50+ yr old house presents plenty of challenges. They looked at this particular challenge and came up with a solution. My old drawers and cabinets are now soft close, such an improvement!
I highly recommend STZ and intend on using them again.

Schwartz is exceptional, a rare find, the multitude of skills ranging from carpenty to electrical work offered with the value proposition, is a perfect combination for anyone looking for major renovation or more fine tuning/creative work. This is coming from someone who holds a high bar for sign off.
