Not only did Junior, Rogeria and team clean everything beautifully, they hauled everything away and were very communicative along the way. Rogeria was professional, prompt, and there was no doubt she knew her stuff. What we liked is that her company does it all throughout the 4 Seasons. The name tells it all. The spring cleanup has not been started yet however, I have high hopes that it will go well. Thank you Thumbtack, you solved our problem. I am much happier with Thumbtack than the vendors on Angie's list! All companies contacted got back to me within hours and were so very professional!

We had a very good experience. The initial negotiations went back and forth for a while, but once we decided to move forward things moved quickly and we were happy with their work. They were certain to come back and take care of everything, leaving not even the smallest thing undone.
