I’m not one who would normally write a review but I can’t say enough about WM Services. I’ve had several projects completed to perfection; the first one was a door installation followed by gutters cleaned, deck power washed and stained, pipes repaired, mailbox built and most recently, a gas wall oven installed. This company has a standard that sets them apart from other professionals. Each time, Mr. Gomes not only made sure that they would meet my expectations but exceeded them!!! I’ve now become accustomed to a higher quality of work therefore I’m planning to book another job with WM Services updating my bathroom. It has been my extreme pleasure working with these professionals!!!

From the get go, Wagner was responsive to my request paint one side door, touch ups on trim & some shelves and we were able to schedule a free estimate pretty quickly too.
During the estimate process, I received great input & the job ended up changing - making adjustments & I really appreciated his professional opinion and insights. He explained about touch ups to me are not as easy as I thought and advised instead to just have those areas repainted as the white paint won’t match the original one.
After getting a great quote, we scheduled the job & Wagner came with a helper. From start to finish - clean up, set up etc it took them four hours (9am-1pm) to complete. We loved the results & we realized we would have the missed areas Wagner saw that needed attention to make this paint job a success if we didn’t have his free in person estimate. His advice was spot on and we are 100% satisfied!

Wagner removed two old bathroom vanities and installed new ones. He was meticulous and careful not to damage any existing tiles. He also did an excellent job with the wall tiles, finding the closest color and style to match the old ones we have. He filled the small gap left by the difference in size between the old and new vanities. I can’t recommend him enough.

I hired Wagner to open four knee wall access doors and one attic hatch. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. He also helped clear out debris from the crawl space, which was a big plus. He’s responsive and willing to answer questions, which I appreciated.
That said, the quoting process was a bit vague. The breakdown of costs wasn’t fully clear up front, and the materials used weren’t specified in advance. For example, I asked for better quality paint and agreed to pay $100 extra. When I later checked the paint myself at Home Depot, I realized it was just a standard product. When I pointed this out, he admitted the mistake and did not actually charged me the $100. While I wasn’t overcharged, the lack of transparency was disappointing.
Overall, I would still recommend him for the speed and quality of the work, but I strongly suggest making sure you get a clear and detailed quote before starting, including exact materials and associated costs.
