I had a tenant move out and unfortunately found some unexpected damage. There was water damage, paint damage, and parts of the flooring needed to be redone. I had a new tenant moving in soon, so I was in a bit of a time crunch.
WM Services got started right away. They understood how urgent it was and took care of everything quickly and professionally. While they were working, I asked them to do a few extra things that weren’t part of the original plan. They did it all without complaining, and they didn’t even charge me extra.
I had talked to other companies before choosing WM Services, and their prices were higher. WM gave me a better price, and honestly, the quality of the work was even better than I expected.
This is a solid, hard-working team. They care about doing the job right and making sure you’re happy. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Wagner did a great job! We had sections of our living room ceiling damaged by plumbing leaks. He and his co-worker did a beautiful job not only on the plastering but also in locating and repairing the plumbing problem! His price was quite fair and the quality of the work was excellent! We will be calling him again for any future jobs needed. Tbanks, guys!!!

Requested a consult for a leaking second floor bathroom. Suspected pipe and requested a potential plumbing repair. Wagner did a thorough job tracing two separate water issues standing from both the bathtub and the upstairs washing machine.
He repaired both problems same day and patched up ceiling and drywall good as new.
He was prompt, communicative, thorough, and professional. 5/5 highly recommend
