I don't know of a team as good and qualified as this team. I've had several cleaning companies at my house and I confess that I've NEVER HAD A CLEANING LIKE THIS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. My house looks like a resort. Thank you ALPA TIME❤️

EDITED REVIEW: After the original review the company reached out to offer a complete refund and apologized for the communication issues and shared their version of interaction . We told them we wanted to compensate everyone for their work, as the cleaning was done well. They insisted on continuing with the refund, which I respect and appreciate. Given the owners clear care about their reputation and unsolicited offer and follow through of a refund, I do think this was a series of miscommunications and felt compelled to edit the review. We will go with another cleaning service but I give the company credit for following through even after we gave them an out. They did not know or expect I would edit the review. It was a classy move. I changed the rating to 4 stars to reflect their follow up.
ORIGINAL: Please read before booking: DON'T GET SCAMMED! I am not one to write reviews but felt compelled after our experience. My husband and I were looking to find a new cleaning person for monthly cleaning. We were drawn to them after reading the reviews and the quote of $120 dollars for our apartment. This was consistent with our last cleaning person so it felt fair and market standard.
When I went to pay they said it will be $150 for the first cleaning but $120 monthly from here on out. Given we haven't had a deep clean in a while we didn’t think twice and were happy to oblige. I returned home from work and thought the quality of the cleaning was high and was happy to pay the extra and was looking forward to booking monthly. THIS IS WHERE IT WENT SOUTH.
So first they said they wanted to instead charge me $200 a month for a cleaning. This was WAY above what we were quoted and what we have been charged before. We live in a 1 bedroom apartment with a small den. We also have no pets and it’s just my husband and I. We are tidy but both work and value having someone vacuum and do the floors and surfaces monthly. When we politely declined monthly cleaning citing the drastic increase from the $120 quote they claimed our payment didn’t go through and wanted us to pay them again. My wife subsequently sent them a screenshot of the payment pending from our bank account.
Again they reached out about payment requesting that we pay again. My wife then sent them a screenshot of the payment which had been processed. It was only then that they stopped bugging us. It felt like a clear attempt to get us to double pay when we already paid them $30 dollars more than the original quote. The whole thing smelled of scamming customers. We are happy to pay but want people who we can trust in our home. This company is not trustworthy and doesn’t have honest business practices. Buyer Beware! I hope thumbtack takes notice of this vendor.

ALPA team - Thank you so much for your hard work. Cleaning was nicely done. Everything was cleaned from top to bottom, and smells fresh! Not only did they deliver excellent service, they were very professional and responsive and always replied to my messages. I can't wait for them to come back 😃 A family member of mine also wants to hire ALPA for their home Cleaning. Great service!

I was so happy to find someone with such a good rating who had an opening during a busy holiday week. I received excellent responsiveness to my inquiry, as well as a date and time that worked for me, at a price I was happy with. I will be using ALPA Cleaning in the future for sure.
