- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The IT service engagement process typically initiates with a customer inquiry, whether through phone calls, emails, or other channels. Following this, the IT service provider conducts a thorough needs assessment, formulating a proposal and quotation based on the client's requirements. Negotiation and agreement ensue, leading to the drafting and signing of a formal contract. Subsequently, the onboarding phase begins, transitioning into the implementation and integration of IT services. Training and documentation facilitate user familiarity, while testing and quality assurance ensure a seamless deployment. Ongoing support and maintenance sustain the functionality and security of the services, with periodic reviews optimizing performance to meet evolving customer needs. It's important to recognize that variations in this process may occur, tailored to the specific demands of individual clients and IT service providers.

I have a master's degree in computer science and extensive professional experience as an IT director, spanning over 13 years.
