Lu answered my request immediately and was able to come out and give me a quote same day. It was extremely reasonably priced. We had significant water damage to an exterior wall from leaking roof flashing. He was able to demolish a wall, fix the leak, replace the rotten studs, insulate, replace the wood siding and paint - all in a day and a half! And it looked great!

I will not hesitate to use them again. Lu says they do “everything except plumbing and electric.” No projects too big or too small.
