Lu answered my request immediately and was able to come out and give me a quote same day. It was extremely reasonably priced. We had significant water damage to an exterior wall from leaking roof flashing. He was able to demolish a wall, fix the leak, replace the rotten studs, insulate, replace the wood siding and paint - all in a day and a half! And it looked great!

I will not hesitate to use them again. Lu says they do “everything except plumbing and electric.” No projects too big or too small.

Details: Water damage • Minor, cosmetic damage only • Wood • Home

Quick response to my post. Based on description the schedule to do the work was Saturday; after coming out the day I posted, the work was moved to Friday (a day earlier!)
Great communication through the process and the fix looks great.
Thank you!!!!
