Very few times are you pleasantly surprised when trying to knock an item off your to do list. I was more than pleasantly surprised when dealing with Bruno from BGM plumbing. Bruno was diligent, resourceful, looked beyond my request to understand the larger challenge I was facing and was a true professional. Bruno is at the top of my list for any pluming issues that arise in my home and there is a profound sense of relief knowing that there is a true professional available when needed. Working with Bruno was quick and easy. He responded really fast and was able to fit us in for the repair the next day. I had also asked him to call me at work before making the repair so that I could approve the amount that it would cost, which he did. I will definitely use BGM Plumbing & Heating again.
