- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much information as possible from customer before setting foot in their home. That allows me to prepare as much as possible. Meet and greet/explanation of my plan of attack/cost of additional parts. I need you to trust me and that’s not really possible if I just show up, put my head down, finish and cash a check.
