The Wallace team responded right away, arrived at the agreed upon time, provided a quote for 3 different options. The quote was significantly cheaper than the other companies that we spoke with and the response time was way faster! They replaced our water heater and did a fantastic job. It's also great that they are a family owned company. I would definitely hire them again. Really nice guys.
