I go out of my way to make the service experience an easy one. I go over the problem with the customer and explain the solution. I also give the customer the proper information on how the unit works, operates and should be maintained. My goal is to focus on the residential customers only and having a residential rate. When you call big companies, you get big rates, and you never know who is going to show up. When you call my company, you talk to me, and I am the only one coming out to do your service work. I keep the work spaces clean. I have been a heating and air conditioning service technician for 8 years. I also specialize in servicing heat pumps of all kinds.
