We first hired another technician who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our furnace. He replaced a few expensive parts, but the furnace still would not stay on and he started suggesting even more costly repairs or even a full replacement. We reached out to Alex through Thumbtack. He responded right away, correctly diagnosed the issue, and had the part in his truck to fix the furnace and get heat back on in our freezing house.
