We first hired another technician who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our furnace. He replaced a few expensive parts, but the furnace still would not stay on and he started suggesting even more costly repairs or even a full replacement. We reached out to Alex through Thumbtack. He responded right away, correctly diagnosed the issue, and had the part in his truck to fix the furnace and get heat back on in our freezing house. Alex was professional, kept us updated, and charged a fair price. We are definitely keeping his contact for future work. We truly recommend him for heating and cooling repairs. He is solid!

I highly recommend Alex for your HVAC needs. We contacted Alex at 4pm on a Sunday and he was able to come and fully fix our problem by 7:30pm the same day! We had unwittingly blown out the transformer in our HVAC system, and Alex immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He had even thought ahead and had a compatible transformer with him that he was able to install for us, so we didn’t have to wait for any parts to be ordered. While in our home, Alex was very professional, tidy, and efficient with his time. If I ever have similar problems in the future, I will definitely choose Alex again for the job.
