I hired Silcox to check the connection on the front porch light, and if broken, to reconnect it and hang a lamp. Two young guys showed up, Rodney and Sam (I think!), very personable and professional, and they went to work on it right away. I was very comfortable with them doing the work; for some reason, they just felt trustworthy. (I guess at my age you get a feeling for people; these were nice kids.) Anyway, they fixed it, the charge was reasonable, and I was very happy with the entire encounter. I have at least seven fixtures to replace in this house, plus a few outlets I’d like to install. They are first on my list to speak to regarding an estimate. I would definitely use this crew for any electrical projects you might have. Knowledgeable, good people with reasonable prices.
