BB Flooring Services installed kitchen wall tiles for me. They did an excellent job and the wall came out beautiful. They even took care a couple of small things around the kitchen unrelated to the project.

I’m very pleased with my experience with BB Service Co. my washing machine died and I have a gas dryer. I needed to have the dryer disconnected and unstacked. They came out on a Sunday and had me prepared for the new washer to be delivered. They came back and put everything back together quickly. Burak was very responsive and kind. It was a pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend.

Hi Burak, we appreciate your follow-up feedback to us and for using your real name in your reply vs. Brandon. With that being said, we believe you provided an “unfair and deceptive” service to us from the beginning of our work relationship. Today, when you informed us that you were recoding our conversations today after we became upset with the lack of communication from you: we were taken aback. You never informed us that we were being wiretapped, which we believe is illegal in Massachusetts, along with consumers having rights when they receive a deceptive and unfair service. We believe we are due a 100% refund of the “almost $300,” check you took from us: telling us that you needed 2 parts for & then today, did not in fact order the right part. We believe we were given a “lemon service” and have requested a total refund. However, we will let the small claims court process weigh your side out and ours this as well as what service you provided and what is owed, whether it is a partial, total, or 2-3x the total refund. Also, you stated you are not the owner of this company, but when we asked to speak to the owner, your boss- you stated you were the boss. Later, you said you spoke with the owner who offered us a partial refund. We cannot keep up with what is true or untrue based on your deception with us. Again, we appreciate your promptness to reply to our review. We wish we read the other 1 star reviews prior to having you come over. We also add that: after the whole mess of a situation, we still in fact do not have a fixed washing machine. *************************************** This business is shady. Not sure why they won’t admit to their errors. He had no problem taking our money to fix and buy parts, but then ghosted us. Saying he tried to call us: Manager said part (even though he told us it was 2 parts being ordered). Told us that on a Monday. Then reneged and rescheduled for a Wednesday, then canceled again. Then had the audacity to say we were to blame. He also said he would have an itemized statement so we could see what we are paying for: guess what? No itemized statement. No itemized statement and wanted more money from us after paying nearly $300 for two parts and their service fee for coming into the house-And the two parts? Miraculously become one part. Today, a poor tech comes in an hour late (manager who gave a fake name of Brandon-b/c it was NOT that name on the phone contact) after saying he’d have someone here by 9. Then, he tried to blame the tech for the lateness and say they had a window-we said we had “8-11am available,” and he said, “By 9.” Normally we would not mind, but this guy has already lied so many times to us. When I asked him for the owner’s name: he refused to provide it and said it was private information-when I asked his name, he replied, “Brandon vs, the name on the phone contact.” Shady business-told the tech he find a new job. He laughed. The poor tech was the only positive thing in the whole situation.

Hello, Our company works in partnership with the Inquirly platform. When you first contacted us, the communication was made through Inquirly, and the platform automatically records conversations. This is standard practice for service platforms and is completely legal. This information is also disclosed on Inquirly’s website, and customers are expected to review these terms before requesting service. Even though there was no contractual obligation on our side, we still offered a goodwill refund. We clearly explained that the $99 service call fee is non-refundable, which is standard policy in the appliance repair industry. Unfortunately, this offer was not accepted. At this point, there is nothing further we can do regarding this matter. Thank you. BB Service Team
