- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take pride in being able to commit to a straight forward pricing system. I work with customers on their budget and make the job affordable for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very important to come see the project to not only get proper measurements but also to get an idea of the new customers style. We work with the customer to get the style, service and results that will make new customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before becoming the business owner of TONY FLOOR LLC, I have worked for multiple companies including Home Depot and Empire Today as a sub-contractors. I have tons of experiences dealing with different kinds of flooring and am able to give best advice for each flooring problem.
