Great experience using Wilfred for my leaking pipe repair. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and in all future communications, showed up same day for a quote, and fixed the (non emergency) leak that same week. It was a really old copper pipe in my basement leaking at two of the joints, and he replaced both joints, connecting pipe, along with additional pipe surrounding the leaks. He explained what he needed to do clearly and I never felt like I was being upsold or tricked into additional repairs. Definitely recommend and will use again for any future plumbing needs.

For background: we had a small drip
Coming from the bathroom ceiling on the middle floor, so we needed to figure out where the leak was coming from and fix it.
The good: I reached out to this company in the morning and by mid-day they were at my house checking things out and getting to work. The plumber was kind and easy to
Communicate with. After some digging around, he was able to find and repair the leak. End price was high but reasonable considering the urgency.
The bad: the plumber began working in the space with all of our things still in the bathroom. Since he cut a hole
In the ceiling this meant that gross insulation debris and who knows what, got all over the things in the bathroom. Worse, the debris was not cleaned up prior to the plumber gluing part of the shower back together. The glue job was very sloppy, had debris in it and the glue color was not a match with the shower. He got glue on the faucet and door handles, and on our hardwood floor. I’m attaching some pictures below. We have now needed to spend considerable time and money to clean up the mess. We should have taken a closer look at everything before paying him -so that is our bad.
In other words, you can depend on the company to be there and do the plumbing -but avoid having them repair and clean up the mess u til they have made a considerable portfolio showing they have this expertise.
