John was very professional and even though there were very complicated extenuating circumstances affecting his personal life he was able to get the job done. On top of that, he followed up several times to make sure the system is fully operational and working according to my expectations. I got a very detailed breakdown on how to maintenance the system (which by the way is very simple) and I know John will always be available if I have any questions. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a water filtration system!
