Ed came on time for the appointment and he spent time to analysis the situation of the problem. He is honest and told me up front the cost of the job and how it is to be done. He took his time to fix the problem with thoroughness. More importantly, after he left I discovered there was a minor problem and have to call him, he came back without hesitation and got the job done! I recommend him highly for plumbing work.

Ed is extremely knowledgeable, professional and also punctual... I had several plumbing issues when Ed arrived. He was able to assess, and promptly locate the source of my leak. He was locate the bypass switch for coneected water heaters when several others told me there wasn't one, which avoided a very dangerous situation. I really appreciated his patience when it came time to explain what was happening. He also was extremely personable and smiles which one can appreciate accompanying stellar performance. A gem of a pro to have found on thumbtack. I will be calling him for planned renovation and future work should I need it.
