Ed is extremely knowledgeable, professional and also punctual... I had several plumbing issues when Ed arrived. He was able to assess, and promptly locate the source of my leak. He was locate the bypass switch for coneected water heaters when several others told me there wasn't one, which avoided a very dangerous situation. I really appreciated his patience when it came time to explain what was happening. He also was extremely personable and smiles which one can appreciate accompanying stellar performance. A gem of a pro to have found on thumbtack. I will be calling him for planned renovation and future work should I need it.

Everything was great, he worked with our schedule. Ed fixed a leak in the kitchen, and the knob in the shower. Didn’t take a very long time. He explained everything and which parts needed to be replaced. Nice guy, too
