We had water in our basement with the sump pump in the wrong spot making it somewhat useless. Pacelli responded and was here in a day. He also has a solution in place 3 days later. Incredibly responsive, collaborative, and easy to work with. There was some concrete dust around from the concrete cutting and he even sent a cleaner in the next day to take care of it. I don’t know if a lot of companies would have done that and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend using PCI Pro Services and will do so again.

I hired PCI Pro Services when a backed-up sewer pipe resulted in a flooded basement. Pacceli was very responsive and the quote he submitted was more reasonable than the others I received. His men did a great job getting rid of all the water and cleaning and disinfecting the space. My basement looks and smells great! I highly recommend them.

We had a relatively small remediation job (about $1,000 in cost). PCI Pro identified what was necessary and avoided doing unnecessary repairs. For instance, one ceiling had a few mold spots, and they decided they could just repaint it instead of replacing it. In the more damaged area, they replaced a ceiling and made it look like new. They also did a little extra painting that wasn't in the contract. And the place was spanking clean when they left.

Contractor was punctual and respectful. It was a bureau that had mold spots on it. First he checked for water with a measuring device on the problem areas, including the adjacent walls. Everything was dry. I was relieved when he said it was dormant and that I could spray and wipe off myself or hire them to do the same. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. It was a small job, so I elected to do it myself but if I ever run in to a mold problem again, I'd definitely hire them.
