I honestly regret hiring Christian and his crew. He over promised and under delivered. The initial work was so bad, that I didn’t proceed with the entire project. I had him paint two rooms and a bathroom. He also installed a front storm door and a replacement screen for my back patio. Nothing was done correctly. When providing the estimate Christian stated that he could do the work in a day. The day turned into three with him and his crew coming back today to fix everything that was wrong. After spending the entire day at my home, my front door frame has holes in it, the handle to the screen door is messed up, and portions of the bathroom are still not done properly. This is not the work of a professional contractor. The whole situation screams amateur hour. I paid him over $2,800. That includes portion of the work that I canceled. He was aware in Friday that he owed me a refund and failed to issue it today. I strongly do not advise hiring him for any projects. You will be extremely frustrated and disappointed. Not to mention that his crew got paint on my carpet AFTER I showed Christian the initial paint his crew dropped. One would think that they would take precautions to not get more paint on the carpet. Unfortunately they did not and now I have spots of paint on my carpets. If I could give zero stars I would.

Summary - We hired Titanium Construction for a large job (room addition plus a complete kitchen remodel) and it went very well. We're extremely happy and would hire Titanium again.Details - The original, barely functional kitchen in our cape opened out onto a decrepit deck. The deck needed to be replaced before it fell down so we brought Ben and Titanium Construction in to see what our options were. After talking with Ben and an architect we decided to tear down the outer wall, build a new living room with deck off the kitchen, and completely redo the kitchen. It was a huge job that was done very well and the results have exceeded expectations.Ben at Titanium was great to work with. Very responsive, taking the inevitable curve-ball in stride, and selecting a great team to complete the work. We needed carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing and Ben ably arranged it all. We need to make special mention of Rafael and Ronaldo, who were the two carpenters who were on site basically every day. That consistency, and their obvious skill, was key to move the project along but what we'll long remember and appreciate is just how nice they were. This was a lengthy project and it was genuinely great to have them at our house throughout.Overall, the quality of the work was excellent. Everyone at Titanium listened to whatever thoughts and concerns we had and addressed them. The project has been a huge positive for us and the house. We would not hesitate to recommend Titanium.

I'm a residential real estate agent and Ben & his team have been an invaluable resource to my clients. They can help a client determine what renovations are possible and a ballpark budget with a quick walk thru, allowing the client to make an offer ASAP without panicking over what they might be getting themselves into. The projects they've done have all been on schedule and on budget. They are the opposite of most contractors that no-show meetings, don't provide written bids and don't communicate during a project. Highly recommend.
