Summary - We hired Titanium Construction for a large job (room addition plus a complete kitchen remodel) and it went very well. We're extremely happy and would hire Titanium again.Details - The original, barely functional kitchen in our cape opened out onto a decrepit deck. The deck needed to be replaced before it fell down so we brought Ben and Titanium Construction in to see what our options were. After talking with Ben and an architect we decided to tear down the outer wall, build a new living room with deck off the kitchen, and completely redo the kitchen. It was a huge job that was done very well and the results have exceeded expectations.Ben at Titanium was great to work with. Very responsive, taking the inevitable curve-ball in stride, and selecting a great team to complete the work. We needed carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing and Ben ably arranged it all. We need to make special mention of Rafael and Ronaldo, who were the two carpenters who were on site basically every day. That consistency, and their obvious skill, was key to move the project along but what we'll long remember and appreciate is just how nice they were. This was a lengthy project and it was genuinely great to have them at our house throughout.Overall, the quality of the work was excellent. Everyone at Titanium listened to whatever thoughts and concerns we had and addressed them. The project has been a huge positive for us and the house. We would not hesitate to recommend Titanium.

We contacted Titanium Construction to repair our garage foundation and since it sits on a cliff, it makes it harder than usual. Ben was quick in his response and worked with us on the quote. The workers were punctual and professional. The quality of the job was excellent and they cleaned everything up once the job was finished. We would work with them again in future.

Titanium construction team has done a great job in remodeling our master bathroom. We are happy with the design support and over all execution of this project.Ben managed the team well and kept us up to date on progress/ delays while ensuring minimum impact to us/ and planned timeline. We hired Titanium Construction to do a complete remodel of our Master Bathroom. They did quality work and Ben, who was the project manager on the project, was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Ben always followed through on requests and never missed a promised action. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again. We made several changes from the original plan and their was never an issue with making those changes.
