FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just like many other contractors (builders, landscapers, etc), we don’t charge by the hour. Prices are by the job. Time at your house may vary. We can go clean the day after you threw a party and spend more time cleaning, as we can go when you are on vacation and the house is pretty much well kept and our time will be shorter. The rate remains the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial communication, where we will discuss specific cleaning needs, I present the quote for appreciation, and upon approval, we discuss the deep cleaning date, and also the follow ups (if any). We fine tune the details and we are good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During the years that I stopped cleaning to take care of my family, I started working for a food manufacturing plant where I was initially hired as an HR assistant, and a few years later, became the company trainer. That gave me the opportunity to learn about industrial cleaning processes and develop systems that I now carry into my cleaning business. Besides, I’m constantly participating in mentoring programs and workshops, not only related to the cleaning sector but also to business management, to make sure I’m providing both clients and employees with the best experience ever.
