This woman is a hard worker. My apartment was a mess!!! When Jaqueline was finished it sparkled. She cleaned every nook and crannie. She payed attention to every detail. She was friendly and professional. I was thrilled with the result. The price was beyond fair. I have already booked my next cleaning.

I called Jacqueline for an apartment cleaning. The apartment was a garden level of a two story house which we had recently vacated. Arguably it was pretty dirty. Jacqueline was understandably surprised and the amount of work was way more than anyone would have estimated. But she didn't make a fuss and she and her mother (who accompanied her) cleaned the apartment pretty well. I told her I'd make her happy if she made my landlady happy, which she did and in the end the amount she asked for was pretty reasonable as well. The job took 3.5 hours whereas the estimate was for 1 - 1.5 hours and the amount she asked for less than 3 times the original estimate so I was happy to oblige. Considering a similar circumstance I would probably hire he again (though would give a clearer picture from the start).
