I had a powder room that needed walls fixed and painted. Tulio was the only person willing to really fix the walls and then paint - lots of painters willing to paint, but not really fix the walls. He used joint compound to smooth many areas where the walls were pitted and uneven due to issues with horsehair plaster over the years, and sconces / other hardware being moved at different points. He did a great job on the walls, so that the finished paint job would look good - I was very happy with the outcome.
