I found out about Coleen and her expertise from a friend. Her phone personality when I called was helpful and friendly - also Coleen seemed to exhibit a very positive outlook. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All the time. It is a 2nd job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?By accident. I was a political science and languages major in college. I was working at Fidelity Brokerage (Investments) studying to become a stock broker and my boss (in 1984) said "We're going to get a personal computer and I want you to learn how to use it."
- What types of customers have you worked with?Training, networking (wireless usually), "cleaning up" the computer, giving advice about new equipment, setting things up, replacing/upgrading parts, general troubleshooting,
