    They didn't have the necessary equipment or supplies to do the job so while they worked hard the whole process felt amateurish and took longer then it should have. Michael assisted Richard and Richard was very rude to Michael to the point that it was uncomfortable. I was not happy with outcome and tried to get Richard to return but it felt like I had to chase him so moved on to Sila who came out on short notice. Sila were expensive but were upfront about their costs.
