- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With a wide variety of services offered pricing may vary depending on equipment and employees needed to complete the requested task. One thing can be guaranteed about our pricing we have the most affordable pricing as well as a number of discounts for a combination of services offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get a clear understanding of what the customer wants, to ensure that we meet the requirements and deadlines set forth. We like to meet the client at the work space, so we can have an in person explanation of what needs to be done. This helps us offer the most affordable and accurate pricing possibly for each and every client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With more than 3 years training, 5 years of experience in each and every service we offer. As well as engineering and business management backgrounds. Training & employment with DRC (Mass Department of Recreation) & Franklin Park Coalition. These departments are responsible for the maintenance Franklin Park's 527 acres, pruning, trimming, maintenance of the grounds, removal of invasive species of plants.
