Most recruiters don't know or understand how to write a resume. They only care about sending as many resumes to employers as possible. Remember - They work for the employer, not you. I've been in the business world for over twenty years and have hired dozens of people so I know what skills are valued. I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals. It's frustrating for me to sit on the other side of the hiring table and see poorly written resumes and weak interviews.
