- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 per hour. This is very affordable for most people and shows a very transparent process. You simply pay for the time you use, regardless of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial session is free (over the phone) where we can determine if there is a good fit. If we move ahead, I like to meet for an hour to discuss my process and learn all I can about the client's background. We set expectations and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a lifelong learner and continuously take classes in resume writing, LinkedIn, public speaking, technology and other business related seminars.
