FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a customer is basing their decision merely on who is the least expensive, we might not be a good fit. We have staff members with Master's and Bachelor's in other areas of design as well as highly sophisticated software and equipment. We offer State of The Art services which come with a reasonable price tag and high returns on investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are super flexible with our process in order to meet our clients workflows. We do however follow a 4 step process. First, existing conditions and analysis. Here we quantify the material realities of the project. Second, the Define or inspirational stage. Here we think big picture. What is the ultimate feeling and look we want. We use precedents, photos and references to define the directions of the project. The third step is more specific where we do a few options and one or two are selected. The fourth step is the construction documents one which is the final design product prior to building the project physically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a professional bachelor of architecture from the Boston Architectural college where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I am also registered in the States of Massachusetts, Maine and Florida. It took about 10 years of training to get to where I am.
