- What types of customers have you worked with?
We go to clients houses offer money for the items for sale, or inventory them for our upcoming auction or to be sold at Witch City Consignment Store. Our teammembers put them on our truck and make sure they are protected and secure for delivery from your house to the store. We can come in and remove all your unsellable items and donate them to a local charity for you, or take them to the dump for a fee. If you choose to get an Appraisal, we come in and evaluate your items, take pictures, and we will type a completed Appraisal for you. You don't pay until the final Appraisal is in your hand!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Everyone gets overwhelmed when they are moving, or clearing out an estate. Most people don't realize how much stuff there is to dispurse! Too many different companies to call. Why is noone calling back? That guy was a no show.. Who will buy my furniture? What do I do with that old washer/dryer in the basement? It happens all the time. Who wants 10 different strangers in their house? Make sure when you make your choice, the person is for real and cares. Like Joe Bayles, make sure they take everything and complete the job! People will tell you what you need to hear so they get the "good stuff" and leave you high and dry!
