I called upon Artisan Construction Services in the late evening in hopes that they might be able to send someone right out to my rental unit due to a tenants kitchen being completely flooded within and around the dishwasher and sink area. To my great surprise the Owner, Gregg, came right to our rescue. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and completely authentic from start to finish. Gregg immediately diagnosed the problem we had at hand. He kept us fully apprised all the way through his services and he discussed our options for an immediate remedy as well as for long term prevention. We have owned rental properties for over 30 years and the services that Gregg delivered to us was, hands down, some of the best that we have had in the business. I am very pleased to say that we will most definitely be doing more business with Artisan Construction Services as we have many other non-emergency services for our rental units that require prompt remedies. They provide building management services for our 16 unit condominium. I am the Treasurer of the Condo Board. I've been throughly impressed with the level of service that they've provided. We had problems with our previous management company picking very expensive vendors to work on the building, we'd be given a choice of 3 expensive firms and choose the most reasonable. Ive found Hochi and Mairicio great at fighting for better pricing from vendors, they will often send a list of vendors to the Board and tell us that they are not satisfied with the price they were given, they will often come back and get a better offer from them or someone else. When we began the process of finding a new management company, we had Invector come in and look at the building, I was immediately impressed with their practical approach of improving the building. We have followed their suggestions on several projects, including switching to motion activated LED building lights, which is not something our previous company had suggested despite our soaring electric costs. My only bit of negative feedback would be that the operation seems to be run by a handful of very hard working people, which is great for keeping costs low, but if someone is on vacation I'm not sure how they cover their duties. With that said, I've found them to be far more responsive even while away than what we were used to. I've given them only 4 stars because I figured it would increase the likely hood of the review being read. I'm very happy with the cost and service that Invector has provided. Sean C.

Owen has been the property manager for my 3-family house for over a decade - since 2004. Owen is responsive to the tenants and I never have to worry that they will be taken care of when an issue or emergency comes up. He keeps me apprised of any issues and updates me regularly on the status of the property. I now live several hundred miles away from the rental property and having Owen manage it has given me peace of mind.
Dave and the team at Real Property Management have been very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional since I put my rental units with them. They have done a stellar job for me finding good tenants, managing all the day-to-day, repairs, as well as keeping a very clear accounting of it so I know where I stand. The national brand helps in that my tenants like knowing that they are dealing with a professional, not just another mom and pop manager. It attracts better tenants. I would highly recommend.
Alex, of Skyline Realty, was my agent in buying the apartment. He found me an excellent house painter, and floor refinisher, and thereafter found me tenants, as I wanted to rent from time to time. He did everything: finding tenants, screening them, preparing the lease, collecting rent, attending to whatever needed to be done once the tenant was residing in the property. The tenants he found were of good quality. When rental periods were up he'd have the apartment professionally cleaned. At this point I am using the apartment, but if I rent again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Alex.
