I had a great experience working with Mark from Betts Shower Glass and Mirror to replace my basement windows. He was communicative throughout the entire process, quick to respond, and very professional in his work. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. On top of that, Mark is just an all-around nice guy who clearly takes pride in what he does. I really appreciated how seamless everything felt from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again in the future.

100% recommend Betts Shower Glass and Company! I contacted at least 10 other companies before finding them, and most either said they don’t work with this type of glass anymore or insisted the entire glass panel needed to be replaced for a ridiculously expensive price. The entire process with them was seamless and hassle-free. Everything was handled online, came out to inspect the glass, custom ordered the replacement, and about 3 weeks later scheduled a time to come back and install it. The replacement was done perfectly and the workmanship was excellent. Really appreciated how straightforward, professional, and efficient the whole experience was from start to finish. So glad I found them and would absolutely use them again.
